Enjoy onsen in 6 baths! A luxury inn where you can enjoy two hot spring sources
Kusatsu onsen Boun is an inn that boasts six baths drawn from two hot spring sources, Sainokawara and Bandaiko. You can enjoy onsen while comparing the sources, and if you choose a room with an open-air bath, you can enjoy onsen without being disturbed by anyone. Wearing a cute colored yukata will boost your femininity, and if you enjoy sumptuous Japanese food, your daily stress will melt away.

Experience
Enjoy plenty of Kusatsu hot springs.
2 days and 1 night to spend a relaxing time
I will introduce the course when a woman who traveled to Kusatsu onsen with her friend stayed at "Boun".
First day
Start13:00
About 5 minutes on foot to the inn
Strolling around Kusatsu onsen town
Enjoy sightseeing and gourmet food
When you arrive in Kusatsu, let's stroll around onsen town first. The inn is also close to the Yubatake, the symbol of Kusatsu onsen, so you can take a walk whenever you like.
Check-in15:00
Arrive at the inn
Excitement for the trip grows
courteous check-in
When you arrive at the inn, you will be greeted by a spacious entrance. While checking in, I get information about the local area, and it's fun to talk about where to go.
The staff kindly showed me the location of Yubatake.
Room15:30
Rooms with open-air baths are also available!
There are rooms with different tastes
There are Japanese-style rooms, Japanese-Western style rooms, Western-style rooms, and rooms with open-air baths, so you can choose according to your preference. All of them are built like a onsen ryokan, so you can relax while chatting.
Stayed in a Japanese-style room with a view of the courtyard. The tea sweets were delicious.
Onsen16:00
In onsen flowing directly from the source
moist and healed
The inn draws two hot spring sources, ``Bandaiko'' and ``Sainokawara,'' into the 6 bathtubs. There is also a bathtub with two sources side by side, so you can compare them at once.
Being able to enjoy two famous sources of Kusatsu onsen in one night made me feel luxurious.
Dinner17:30
Luxurious Japanese dinner
Enjoy seasonal ingredients
meal are served in-room dining or in a private meal room. The Japanese course, which uses seasonal ingredients from local Gunma, is both visually pleasing and satisfying to the stomach. It's nice to be able to drink alcohol without worrying about the time if you stay overnight.
Kaiseki cuisine has a wide variety of items, so much that you can't eat it all! I drank sake because alcohol was included in the girls' party plan for free.
Freetime20:00
Choose your favorite color yukata
Enjoy an evening stroll
There is a yukata rental service at the inn, and you can choose your favorite color yukata. Wearing a cute yukata will make you feel better. Take lots of pictures while sightseeing and enjoy the city of Kusatsu.
I borrowed a yukata and went to see the illuminated Yubatake. It was winter, but there were outerwear and socks for yukata, so it was very warm.
the 2nd day
Morning07:00
A different view from the night!
Relax in onsen in the morning
If you wake up early, take a bath in the morning. The men's and women's baths are switched at dawn, so you can enjoy a different bath than at night. Let's fully enjoy Kusatsu's hot water.
The evening and morning onsen are switched, so I was able to enjoy a different hot spring than in the evening!
Breakfast08:00
Warm from the morning
delicious breakfast
Breakfast is elegant Japanese food. You can in-room dining, in a private room, or in the dining room. After soaking in onsen, Japanese cuisine with a gentle taste is perfect for your body. I feel like I can be healthy from the inside out.
I ate a Japanese set meal. Gunma's local cuisine was delicious! After dinner, we had coffee in the lounge.
Check-out10:00
leave the inn
Body and mind satisfied
check out
Fully healed and checked out. Say goodbye to the seasonal flowers that bloom in your garden.
I was able to check out smoothly because there was information such as crowded time in advance.
Sightseeing11:00
About 1 hour and 15 minutes by car to the inn
while sightseeing
To "Ikaho onsen"
Gunma is a onsen paradise. There are many onsen other than Kusatsu that you would want to visit. Ikaho onsen which is about an hour's drive away, is also a famous onsen, so it's a good idea to stop by when you're in Kusatsu.
We moved to Ikaho onsen and stopped by Lake Haruna and Haruna Shrine on the way. "Haruna Shrine" is a shrine in the mountains, so I thoroughly enjoyed the nature of the mountains and lakes.
Return trip16:00
Healed by nature and onsen
2 days of relaxation
Spend two days and one night at Kusatsu onsen, surrounded by beautiful nature and clean onsen. You can enjoy Gunma's local cuisine, and on the way back you will feel lighter in mind and body.

Stayed November 2020
Stroll around the Yubatake area and enjoy the Yumomi show at Netsunoyu. "Kusatsu Egg Farm"'s Gunma free-range chicken egg soft serve was delicious ♪ I also bought a cup at "Kusatsu Glass Storehouse"!
