A stylish inn designed by space designer Yukio Hashimoto. Based on the concept of "NEO FOREST", you will be healed in a space inspired by the forest. Pay attention to the “leaf” motif lighting and tree objects!
At the time of check-in, the hotel staff confirmed the breakfast reservation and taught me how to make a reservation, which was helpful. There were free drinks in the lounge, which was nice.

A guest room that makes the family smile
All 70 guest rooms in the hotel building have a fairy tale-like space that incorporates patterns designed by the brand "mina perhonen" on wallpaper and carpets. In addition, there are 92 cottages on the premises, some of which even allow you to stay with your dog!
I stayed in a cute room with a Nordic atmosphere. It was wonderful to see the world view of "mina perhonen" incorporated into the interior of the hotel.

The hotel has three restaurants where you can enjoy dinner. Western cuisine at "All Day Dining Karuizawa Grill", Japanese cuisine at "Sukiyaki, Shabu Shabu, Teppanyaki Sofu", and Teppanyaki at "Teppanyaki Mori" are superb.
Dinner is at the daughter's desired restaurant in "Prince Grand Resort Karuizawa". My daughter, who likes pasta, was happy that it was delicious. After eating, I saw the illumination on the premises.

My husband, my 5-year-old daughter, and I went to Karuizawa by Shinkansen. Between Karuizawa Station and the hotel, there are shops, food courts, cafes, convenience stores and souvenir shops, so it was convenient.
