Experience
Enjoy the ocean view and onsen
Accomodation for 2 days and 1 night with a baby
We will introduce the experience of a woman who traveled to Awaji Island with her husband and her 0-year-old child and actually stayed at "Hotel & Resorts Minamiawaji Daiwa Royal Hotel".
First day
Start10:00
About 45 minutes by car from Akashi Kaikyo Bridge to the inn
Enjoy superb views and gourmet food
Leisurely driving trip
The Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, which connects Honshu and Awaji Island, is one of the world's largest suspension bridges. It is a scenic spot where the contrast between the sea and the sky is beautiful. Near the hotel is "Michi-no-Eki Uzushio" overlooking the Naruto Strait. You can also enjoy gourmet dishes such as seafood rice bowls and Awaji burgers.
Check-in15:00
Arrive at the inn
Surrounded by sea and greenery
Arrive at resort hotel
"Hotel & Resorts Minamiawaji Daiwa Royal Hotel. Check-in at the lobby with plenty of openness like a tropical resort. B-type stroller rental service is available at the front desk.
The person in charge helped me unload my luggage from the car! Amenity is style to take from the front desk. It seems that you can play in the pool even before check-in ♪
Room15:15
Baby room and Japanese-style room
Have fun in your favorite room
There are 326 guest rooms in total. There are many rooms suitable for families with children, such as a baby room certified by Miki House Child Care Research Institute and a family room with a tatami space. It's nice to have an empty refrigerator. If you stay in a room on the ocean side, you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Seto Inland Sea all to yourself.
Since I am traveling with a baby, I stayed in a twin room with an extra bed. It was spacious and had a great view! I was able to spend a relaxing time even with a lot of luggage such as a stroller.
Activity15:45
Parent and child can play ♪
pool and kids corner
The summer-only outdoor pool is divided into 1m and 30cm depths, so you can play according to your height. The parasols that can be used freely by the pool are also nice. On days when the weather is not good, go to the kids' corner with picture books and toys♪
There is also a pool for children with a depth of 30 cm. Baby cots are available in the locker rooms.
Onsen18:00
Complete with children's goods ♡
Healing time at onsen
onsen water in the large public bath, Nandan Onsen, is said to warm the body easily, so you will feel warm even after getting out of the bath. There are plenty of baby goods, so you can enjoy bathing with your children. After taking a bath, there is a tatami space in the rest area, so you can relax.
In the large public bath, there is a kids' space, a crib, a child's chair, and even body soap for babies! I was able to afford even one surgery ◎ I was healed by a hot onsen.
Dinner19:00
French to Viking
Enjoy your choice of dinner
There are Japanese, Western, and Chinese restaurants and izakayas in the hotel. Viking is recommended for those who want to taste various dishes! It has a live kitchen where you can have seasonal ingredients cooked in front of you. There are also baby food and kids' corner, so the whole family will be satisfied.
I was surprised by the all-you-can-eat baby food! The fish is especially delicious at Japanese restaurants. Since I had a child, I rarely meal slowly, so I was really happy.
Night21:00
at the laundromat
Quick laundry
There is a coin laundry next to the public bath. The washing machine and dryer are available 24 hours a day. If you wash and dry your clothes during your stay at the hotel, it will reduce the burden after returning home, so it is recommended!
I have a baby and a lot of laundry, so it was helpful to be able to wash and dry. It will be a little easier to clean up the melancholy after returning ♪
the 2nd day
Morning06:30
at a viewing spot
refreshing morning walk
Wake up early in the morning and enjoy the view of the seaside. Watch the sunrise from your room's balcony or explore the hotel courtyard observatory. The elevator hall is a little-known photo spot where you can take pictures of the beautiful scenery of "Naruto Strait".
The sunrise is really beautiful! Watching the sun rise over Fukura Bay from the veranda and listening to the voice of the nightingale will make you feel refreshed. It was a really luxurious time.
Breakfast07:30
family fun
Very satisfied with the breakfast buffet
Breakfast is buffet style. In addition to a rich Japanese and Western menu, you can also enjoy seasonal ingredients from Awaji Island such as boiled whitebait and onions to fill you up. (*Breakfast may change to a Japanese set meal)
Great variety and satisfaction! The seafood bowls and sandwiches I made were really delicious, and my husband and I ate about 4 servings ♪ There are also things that children can eat, such as steamed vegetables and fried eggs.
Check-out11:00
leave the inn
Holding Souvenirs and Memories
check out
Shop at the souvenir shop in the hotel before checking out. There are many Awaji Island souvenirs such as Awaji Island onion dressing and sweets. At the end of the trip, take a family photo at the scenic courtyard observatory!
There are many families and there are many services for children, so I was able to enjoy my first trip with a baby. Adults can also be satisfied, and it's no wonder it's popular!
Check-out15:00
onsen in the pool, island gourmet
Two days to enjoy the resort
"Hotel & Resorts Minamiawaji Daiwa Royal Hotel" is full of facilities that are great for traveling with children. Relax in onsen after playing in the pool. For dinner, fill yourself up with Awaji Island gourmet food. Would you like to go on a trip to Awaji Island that will make adults and children smile?
Not only the room, but also the view of the hotel was open, with the sea and greenery visible. My husband seemed to enjoy the delicious breakfast buffet, so he refilled it many times.

While avoiding nectar, stop by various spots and go to the inn. Since we left early in the morning, we didn't get stuck in traffic and enjoyed the scenery from the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge♪
“Ayuya Falls” is overwhelmed by the amount of water and its transparency.
