Stayed in the onsen style room (double) with an open-air hot spring bath on the top floor, "Shinmisakikan". First of all, I went out to the balcony of the room, watched the sea, and relaxed while listening to the sound of the waves.

A5 Japanese black beef sukiyaki was excellent! Also, the descriptions on the menu table were mischievous and unique, such as "Symphony of local fish" and "Red sea bream's first love" ♪

After lying down on the large sofa in the room, I entered the open-air bath in the room. The night breeze felt good.

Since the sea is so close, let's get up early and go to "Setohama Beach" to see the sunrise. The air is clear in the early morning, and you can see a different expression of the sea from yesterday. Gazing out at the ocean, you will be filled with energy and feel refreshed throughout the day.
I entered the open-air bath according to the sunrise time I heard from the inn and watched the sunrise. I was able to feel the power of the sun, which I can't usually feel.

For breakfast, enjoy a buffet at the restaurant Yushoku Club. An open dining room overlooking the sea. We are particular about handmade omelets, grilled fish, homemade tofu, freshly baked bread, etc. that the chef shows off his skills. Enjoy the deliciousness of Chiba.
Homemade roast beef and roast pork, small bowls, grilled fish, and bread were also delicious. Even though it was breakfast, there were ice cream and petit cakes, which made me feel better!

The staff were kind and made me feel comfortable. In particular, an elderly woman was friendly and soothing, saying, "I'm looking forward to tomorrow's breakfast because it's delicious."

For lunch, go to Fisherman Cuisine Kanaya. In addition to the famous voluminous fried horse mackerel and fried shrimp set meal, there is also a seafood bowl. It tastes even better when you eat it while looking out at the sea.
We stopped at our favorite restaurant, Fisherman's Cuisine Kanaya, and enjoyed fried shrimp and sashimi.

The day before, we spent the day watching a dolphin show at Kamogawa Sea World, and had churros and pork miso soup for lunch that day.

Teppanyaki dinner
Bakunosu is a teppanyaki dining experience full of live performances. The food is cooked in front of you, so you can enjoy it with your eyes and you won't get tired of meal alone. It's a special feeling for a show just for me.
The ingredients are likened to theater performers, grilling scallops and wagyu beef in front of you, and stir-frying fried rice to the rhythm. It was two and a half hours that I didn't get tired of, not to mention the taste.

Hojo Beach is a short walk from Tateyama Station. Facing Tateyama Bay, you can see Mt. Fuji and the setting sun "Diamond Fuji" in mid-May and late July. You will be healed by the calm waves of shallow water.
I went to a spot that can be accessed on foot from the station. I took a walk in the strong wind to "Hojo Beach" and "Tateyama Sunset Pier" for the first time.

I took a walk around the "Nihon-ji" on Mt. Nokogiri. I saw Hyakushaku Kannon, Jigoku Nozoki, and the Great Buddha, which is said to be the largest in Japan. All of them were large scale and spectacular!
