Experience
A onsen trip with an inconsiderate friend
Hakone Gora, 1 night 2 days accommodation record
A woman who went on a girls' trip to Hakone will introduce her travel diary when she actually stayed at "Hakone Yutowa" along with her impressions.
First day
Start14:00
the mountain air feels good
drive in hakone
The hotel is located in the Hakone/Gora area, where many museums and luxury inns are located. If you want to go sightseeing, it's convenient to go by car, but you can also easily get around on the Hakone Tozan Railway. Let's go leisurely while enjoying the scenery of the mountains.
Check-in15:00
Arrive at hotel
location surrounded by trees
Arrive at Mori no Resort
Location that the hotel outskirts are full of nature, and can relax. Head through the modern entrance and check in at the front desk. Women can choose a colored yukata and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of a onsen ryokan. Enjoy drink-free all-inclusive.
Room15:30
You can choose according to the scene
modern rooms
There is a hotel building and condominiums, and you can choose according to your travel style whether you are traveling alone or with a family. The hotel building has a modern Japanese atmosphere with beds on tatami mats. The condominium is perfect for long-term stays as it has a kitchen and cooking appliances!
Stayed in a condominium. There is a living room and a sofa where a large number of people can sit, and there is plenty of openness. It was cold to walk at night because it was far from other buildings, but the air was clear and the stars were beautiful.
Lounge16:00
East Building 2F
stylish and relaxing
lounge surrounded by books
There is a library lounge with a wide range of books, including essays, photo books, and comics, as well as a game corner, and free drinks are also available. You can read, play games, or get deep healing at the relaxation salon "Yururito".
Anyway, the inside of the hotel was wide, so I enjoyed taking a walk. Amenities and water were installed everywhere, so I was able to take a break at any time.
Dinner18:30
East Wing 3F
Dinner with free drinks
Buffet centered on Japanese cuisine
If you book a two-board accommodation plan, you can enjoy a buffet for both dinner and breakfast. For dinner, enjoy grilled dishes, tempura, soba noodles, rice, soup, pickled vegetables, seasonal desserts, and more from the buffet corner.
In addition to the buffet for dinner, there were three main dishes to choose from. Wagyu beef and snow crab hot pot was prepared, and alcohol was also available. The crab and soy milk pasta was especially delicious.
Onsen21:00
onsen and sauna
relax
Let's heal the fatigue of the day in the large public bath. With its own source, you can enjoy Ninotaira onsen, one of the 17 Hakone hot springs. The sodium-chloride spring, which has a reputation for smoothing the skin, is also known as a hot spring for beauty. There is also a bubble bath and a sauna, so you can heal your fatigue.
After going to the public bath, refresh yourself with a detox drink, stick ice cream, or alcohol. I took a picture that shines in the library lounge. This place is also famous on Instagram.
the 2nd day
Breakfast08:00
East Wing 3F
Breakfast is Japanese and Western buffet
Both bread and rice lovers are satisfied
For breakfast, enjoy a Japanese-Western buffet at the restaurant. There are about 30 kinds of dishes, including Western dishes such as soup, salad, yogurt, and fruits, as well as grilled fish, natto, side dishes, and curry. Drink as much as you like♪
Breakfast was a buffet, and both bread and rice were prepared. Especially the French toast was delicious! There was black honey nearby, so it was more delicious when I ate it over it.
Check-out10:00
Depart from hotel
Until check-out
Enjoy the courtyard and foot bath
There are footbaths and chairs in the green courtyard, so you can spend your time freely. If you have time before check-out, how about soaking your feet in a footbath surrounded by nature? Relax your five senses and forget about time.
After breakfast, I took a private bath. It was not a reservation system, but it was a system that could be used freely if it was vacant, so I was able to use it easily. There are two private baths, and I also used the footbath.
Sightseeing11:00
About 13 minutes by car from the hotel to Owakudani
Visit "Owakudani"
Depart for Hakone sightseeing
Hakone sightseeing can also be enjoyed with the Hakone Open-Air Museum and the Pola Museum of Art near the hotel. Owakudani, where volcanic activity continues even now, is a popular scenic spot where you can see a powerful sight. Eat black eggs and enjoy the scent of sulfur with all five senses.
I went to Owakudani. Unfortunately, Kurotamago was closed, but it was sunny, so Mt.Fuji looked big.
Return trip15:00
Food, onsen and facilities!
An inn where you can fully enjoy Hakone
Hakone Yutowa offers all-you-can-eat and drink for breakfast and dinner. There are also alcoholic beverages that are great for alcohol lovers! With a lounge, courtyard, and relaxation facilities, as well as a private bath, it's perfect for those who want to enjoy food and a hotel stay.
