Fufu Kawaguchiko

I wanted to go sightseeing on the way, so I went by car. After lunch at Kobuchizawa, head to Oshino Hakkai. The mysterious spring pond was very beautiful.

We had herbal tea as a welcome drink. The lobby where you can feel nature suitable for a resort in the forest was wonderful.

We stayed in a suite with an open-air bath overlooking Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. The bath was a natural onsen of Mt. Fuji lava, and it was a wonderful room filled with the warmth of wood.

We had dinner at the hotel's Japanese restaurant, Yamanoha. The main meat dish finished in front of you with lava stones had a great impact!

I asked for a drink at the bar and drank again while sitting on the bonfire on the terrace. A bonfire in the cold air was great.

Relax in the open-air bath in your room in the morning. Mt. Fuji was even more beautiful in the crisp morning air, and I was able to fully enjoy the luxurious view!

For breakfast, I was very satisfied with the gentle dishes that made my body happy, such as rice cooked with firewood, kenchin soup with plenty of vegetables, Mr. Fufu Kawaguchiko's specialty, natto gratin, and eggs from the ground.

I didn't feel uncomfortable with the staff's attentive service, and I was able to stay comfortably until the very end.

Since it was the season of autumn leaves, I took a walk around the Lake Kawaguchi Momiji Corridor. After that, we went to the “Kikyo Shingen Mochi Factory Theme Park”, bought souvenirs, and ate Shingen mochi ice cream.

The view from the terrace during the day is also spectacular, but at night, the fire pit is lit and the time to drink alcohol while looking at the bonfire is an extraordinary experience.
