Spinning at a high-class pure Japanese-style ryokan
2 special days to remember
A woman who visited Ikaho on an anniversary trip with him will introduce the course when she actually stayed at "Oyado Tamaki".
First day
Start12:00
About 9 minutes by car to the inn
enjoy the drive
Enjoy "Mizusawa Udon"
First drive to Ikaho where the inn is located. For lunch, how about Gunma's famous "Mizusawa Udon"? At the long-established "Osawaya", let's enjoy the silky texture of udon along with maitake mushroom tempura, a special product of Gunma.
Check-in15:00
Arrive at the inn
From the corridor with tatami flooring throughout the building
To extraordinary Japanese atmosphere
Since the inn is a little far from the parking lot, we will move by wagon. After taking off your shoes at the entrance and checking in at the lobby where you can see the Japanese garden, you can walk through the tatami corridor to your room while admiring the seasonal flower arrangements and decorations.
When I arrived at the parking lot, the person in charge came to pick up my luggage and carried it to my room. Smooth check-in. I drank cold yuzu tea in the lobby and relaxed ◎
Room15:30
Luxurious guest rooms with different tastes
feel at home
The 26 guest rooms in the main building, north building, and south building have over 15 types of rooms, including those with views of the mountains of Joshu, open-air onsen baths with "silver hot spring water," and rooms with furniture carefully selected by the owner. First, let's warm ourselves up with some original temari sweets created by the inn.
I stayed in a room called "Dan" which was just renovated last year. When I entered the room, there was an indoor bath, and a stylish and beautiful space was spreading!
Spa16:00
At the in-house beauty salon
Experience a reward beauty treatment
Before dinner, enjoy a luxurious and blissful time at the esthetic salon "Honoka" on the 1st floor. Let's refresh yourself with a treatment using French luxury doctor cosmetics "Sambar" that incorporates cutting-edge dermatology.
After changing into a cute yukata and relaxing in the room, I received a full body lymphatic massage at Honoka. I had a great time and was very relaxed.
Dinner18:00
Colored with ingredients from Joshu
Seasonal Japanese Kaiseki
For dinner, enjoy a 10-course kaiseki dinner featuring seasonal delicacies from all over Jyoshu to satisfy both your stomach and your soul. meal The choice of dining room, private room, or in-room dining depends on the room and the plan.
There are many dishes that can be enjoyed with your eyes from appetizers. The meat was especially delicious. We enjoyed a delicious meal with Moeshan.
Onsen20:00
Two Ikaho onsen
Enjoy free-flowing hot spring water
After the meal, enjoy the old "onsen no Yu" and the new "Shirogane no Yu" hot springs at Ikaho Onsen's large communal baths, which are alternated between men and women. Ikaho onsen is gentle on the skin and can be expected to have a beautiful skin effect.
After dinner, I went to onsen in the large public bath. The large communal bath is large and has an open-air bath, giving you a sense of openness! There was water in the dressing room, so I was able to quench my dry throat immediately.
the 2nd day
Morning06:00
get up early
enjoy morning time
When traveling, you get up early. Start your day fresh by soaking in a hot onsen and gazing at the mountains of Joshu, enjoying the tranquility in the lounge facing the courtyard, or sitting on the veranda of the courtyard and basking in the morning sun.
I took an indoor bath in the morning. The bath in the room is a luxurious space where you can enjoy onsen called "Shirogane no Yu" and bathe as much as you like at any time. I had a happy time.
Breakfast07:30
Centered on millet porridge
Healthy Japanese meal
Breakfast is served in the same place as dinner, and you can enjoy a Japanese set meal with a large selection of grilled dishes, soups, side dishes, etc. centered on millet rice porridge. Grilled dishes can be freshly prepared, and soups can be reheated to keep them delicious. Apart from the porridge, you can also order white rice.
For breakfast, we had a Japanese set meal centered on rice porridge. The white rice freshly cooked in the earthen kiln was glossy and delicious, and there were many side dishes, so I ordered another one♪
Check-out10:00
leave the inn
At the souvenir shop inside the hotel
Purchase Ikaho souvenirs
Until check-in, treasure hunt at the souvenir shop on the 1st floor. In the store, original products such as ``Temari sweets'', hand-baked mochi with bean paste, ``Ishidan Agari mochi'', and folk crafts are lined up. You can buy Ikaho souvenirs that are not worn by people ♪
After breakfast, I went to the public bath again and bought some onsen buns at the souvenir shop! I'm glad that I was able to enjoy it after returning home ^ ^
Shopping12:00
About 8 minutes by car from the inn
At one of the largest ranches in the Kanto region
healed by nature and animals
On the way back, go to "Ikaho Green Ranch" which is close to Ikaho onsen town. At the approximately 40ha ranch at the foot of Mt. Haruna, you can watch sheepdog shows and taste ranch gourmet food. There are many indoor facilities, so you can use it even on rainy days.
At "Ikaho Green Ranch", I had my long-awaited milk soft-serve ice cream. Although it was refreshing, it had a rich milk taste and was very delicious.
Return trip15:00
In the onsen town of Ikaho
Keep your body and mind warm
Two days of bliss visiting Ikaho and enjoying the time of two people. Why not use it on important days such as anniversaries and events to deepen the bond between two people and create lasting memories.
