Dinner is a sushi kaiseki meal where you can enjoy the craftsmanship. "Dining Sushi", which is like a hideaway, creates an adult trip with dim lighting and a counter made of natural wood.
In the sushi course, you can adjust the toppings and have a wide variety of sake. I had a surprise birthday cake in the lounge and had a wonderful time.

Hatsuhana, a soba restaurant in Hakone Yumoto that I stopped by for lunch before checking in to the hotel, was delicious!
