Mosui
bow sui
Shizuoka /Higashiizu, Izu/ ryokan
Enjoy a relaxing and luxurious time in your private gazebo. A luxury ryokan by the sea where you can be soothed by the sound of the waves
Bosui is a onsen inn that stands quietly on the coastline of Kitagawa, Izu where you can see the beautiful "Moon Road". After taking a break in a guest room with a view of Sagami Bay, take a relaxing bath in the private gazebo with a living room. Dinner is a seafood dish typical of a port town, and the scent of the beach will whet your appetite. Surrounded by the sound of waves, you can spend a special time with your loved ones.

Experience
Stay for a long time and feel luxurious.
3 days and 2 nights to be healed by the superb view and spa
Mr. goodstuff_intheworld, who traveled to Izu as a couple, will introduce the course when he actually stayed at "Bosui".
First day
Start14:00
About 120 minutes by car to the inn
Stopping by Ebina Service Area
Drive to Izu
A luxurious trip of 3 days and 2 nights starts. First, let's head to Izu from Tokyo by rental car. The "Ebina Service Area" on the way has plenty of specialty gourmet food, so you can enjoy a little sightseeing while taking a break.
Check-in18:00
Arrive at the inn
take care of me for 3 days
To an elegant seaside ryokan
Arrived at ryokan in Kitagawa, Izu. Refined hospitality and a superb view of Sagami Bay will soothe your travel fatigue. Facilities in hall including spa, shop, five salons are enriched, too. You can stay for several nights without getting bored.
When I contacted them that I would be stuck in traffic and past dinner time, they listened to my selfishness and willingly adjusted the dinner time.
Room18:30
In a spacious Japanese-style room
a relaxing moment
All rooms have an ocean view. The original CD "MOON ROAD" is prepared in the rooms on the upper floors, so you can relax surrounded by soothing music.
We stayed in a "junior suite room". Best ocean view! The bathroom and dressing room were clean, spacious, and easy to use.
Dinner19:00
Dinner on the first night
Seafood in your room
Have a leisurely dinner in your room. Enjoy a course that incorporates the essence of Izu Kitagawa, where fixed net fishing is popular, such as "Kaisen Ishiyaki" where fresh seafood is grilled juicy.
I had a big abalone dance-grilled over a charcoal fire and served it with butter soy sauce. It was fresh and very tasty! !
Spa21:00
in a private gazebo
moment of bliss
The six types of "private gazebos" in the hotel are luxurious spaces with open-air baths and private living rooms. Enjoy bath time slowly with your loved ones.
Use "Sazanami" with jacuzzi bath and mist sauna. It was really luxurious and impressive! I don't think there are many private open-air baths that can satisfy you so much.
the 2nd day
Breakfast08:00
Enjoy Hamakko Soup
Breakfast that makes you want to wake up early
While gazing out at the sparkling sea in the morning, you can enjoy rice cooked in a kettle, dried fish of your choice, and hot hamakko soup made with hot stones. The scent of the seashore will whet your appetite.
In the morning, I had a healthy Japanese meal, and the seafood soup was especially delicious. I also had matcha green tea and sweets.
Onsen09:00
About 5 minutes on foot from the inn
morning walk
Go to the Kurone Iwaburo
After eating, take a walk to "Kurone Iwaburo". It is a public open-air bath with free-flowing hot springs, carefully protected by the locals. How about enjoying a wild morning bath while feeling the spray of the waves?
I felt the power of nature with the sea right in front of me. The uncle of the manager was also kind, and it was nice to have a warm atmosphere.
Sightseeing11:00
About 45 minutes by car from the inn
Leisurely sightseeing on the second day
To the resort Kusuhama
The good thing about staying consecutive nights is that you can enjoy sightseeing at your leisure. While enjoying the drive, let's head to Shimoda City's "Kujuhama Beach". The white sand is beautiful and the waves are calm, so you can enjoy swimming in the summer.
It's a small beach, but the sea is beautiful and the trail down to the sea is fantastic.
Spa15:00
Arrive at the inn
while it's bright
Enjoy a tour of hot springs
Return to ryokan in the afternoon and take a onsen bath. In addition to the private baths, there is also a large public bath full of elegance, so you can enjoy visiting the hot springs. After bathing, please enjoy a refreshing tokoroten at the salon “Nami no Oto”.
On the second day, use the cypress private bath “Ukifune”. The view in the daytime was also nice. The large public bath was also substantial, and I didn't get tired of it even after two nights!
Dinner17:30
A course different from the first night
Savor gastronomy
There is a wide variety of dinner menus, such as a course with marbled wagyu beef and a special course prepared by the chef who won the Fuji no Kuni City of Food Craftsman award. You can enjoy it without getting tired even if you stay for several nights.
I was going to change the menu for the second night, but the abalone was so delicious that I decided to have seafood two days in a row (laughs).
Third day
Check-out10:00
leave the inn
gazing at the sea
Immerse yourself in the afterglow of your trip
After breakfast, relax in the lounge “Nami no Mai”. We also recommend buying souvenirs at the shop Tabigokoro. Relax and enjoy the afterglow of your trip until check-out time.
Sightseeing10:30
About 25 minutes by car from the inn
At the experience-based zoo iZoo
Amazing contact experience
You can see rare reptiles and amphibians at "iZoo". There is also a contact experience, so even adults can enjoy it.
I was surprised to see a turtle so big that a human could ride on it, and an iguana in an unexpected place. It was very interesting to be able to interact with turtles! !
Return trip16:00
healed a lot
to go home
Izu trip for 2 nights and 3 days. If you stay multiple nights, you will have more time to spare, and you will be able to fully enjoy the attractions of ryokan and sightseeing. Once in a while, how about forgetting the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relaxing to your heart's content?
