A resort onsen ryokan located on the hills of Mt. Izu, overlooking Sagami Bay. It consists of the Sekaie building and the Tsuki no Michi building, and you can enjoy different dishes depending on which building you stay in. All 25 guest rooms have an ocean view facing the Pacific Ocean, and come with an open-air bath with free-flowing hot spring water. While soaking in a famous hot spring where you can feel the history, be healed by the superb view of the sea.

From Tokyo to Atami, it takes about 80 minutes by car and about 45 minutes by Shinkansen. The beautiful scenery of the sea and the retro atmosphere of the shopping street are also attractive. Take a stroll and feel like you've traveled back in time.

Have a luxurious time in your room
All 25 guest rooms have an ocean view overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The private terrace has an open-air bath with free-flowing hot spring water, and you can bathe 24 hours a day. The hot water is Izusan Onsen, which was believed to be a divine onsen.
The open-air bath in the room has a more open feeling than expected, as if it were one with the sea! There was a chair with an ottoman, and my husband was having a blissful time with beer after the bath.

You can refresh your daily fatigue while looking at the scenery from the open-air bath in your room. Waking up a little early and taking a bath while watching the sunrise is also exceptional.

Leisurely "me time"
In addition to the rooms with their own open-air baths, there is also a large public bath and sauna. After bathing, you can relax with a beer or drink in the spacious "Moai" rest area.
Sodium springs keep your feet warm. The place next to the large public bath was spacious and relaxing. You can drink freely such as water, Pocari, Yakult, beer and coffee milk.

The Konpeki Terrace offers a panoramic view of Sagami Bay. The magnificent Sagami Bay and the wide open sky spread out before you. You can also enjoy a drink here. Take a break and relax while taking in the spectacular view.
It was a wonderful view that made me think I was glad it was sunny. If you come in the warm season and have a beer here, it will be the most refreshing.

Cuisine with a different flavor
You can enjoy different types of dinner depending on which building you stay at, such as Japanese cuisine at Sekaie Building and meat dishes at Tsuki no Michi Building. We can also accommodate requests such as sugar restrictions, vegetarians, and fasting.
For dinner, I had a delicious kaiseki meal at Japanese restaurant Tsukushi. After the meal, I enjoyed being able to choose the chef's handmade "Nerikiri".

Quality "adult time"
At the bar lounge "Lookout," you can enjoy authentic cocktails by candlelight. You can enjoy your drink while feeling the ocean breeze on the azure terrace, or you can take your time with room service. Relax and enjoy your time however you like.
My husband went to bed early, but I stayed in the open-air bath in my room until midnight, watching a portable TV and soaking in the hot water. It was a blissful time.

Blue sky, sea, beautiful sunrise
A refreshing day starts
After a good night's sleep in a Simmons bed, you can enjoy the magnificent sunrise over Sagami Bay from the window of your room. It's also nice to enjoy the morning air on the Azure Terrace.
There was a study desk in the room where two people could sit side by side, and it was very convenient for my husband and I to work on the computer in the morning. When I looked at the window, I could see the sea and felt extraordinary.

The breakfast menu changes with the seasons, making for a fun meal. Guests staying in the "Sekaie Wing" can choose Japanese food. Guests staying in the "Tsuki Wing" can choose between Japanese or Western food.
For breakfast, I had a simple Japanese meal at Tsukushi, the same as last night. The plum-flavored small pot with tofu was delicious and warmed my body.

Enjoy elegant time
Pack your bags in your room and check out the souvenirs at the shop inside the building. You can also purchase Izu's famous confection "Aisome", which is also in the refrigerator in the guest room.
Enjoy the bath in your room while gazing at the sea until check-out. It was so comfortable and refreshing that I could stay in it forever.
