To Sapporo by bus
The airport shuttle bus is convenient from "New Chitose Airport" to the hotel. You can easily reach the front of the hotel in about 90 minutes one way. If you want to stop at Sapporo Station first, take the JR Chitose Line for about 40 minutes one way. Try using it according to your travel style.

If you use the airport shuttle bus and get off at the "Sapporo View Hotel Odori Koen" stop, the hotel is right in front of you! Check-in starts at 15:00, but you can leave your luggage in the cloakroom beforehand. Let's go sightseeing in a light state ♩

Odori Park, a place of relaxation for Sapporo citizens, is just a short walk from the hotel. You can reach the landmark "Sapporo TV Tower" in about 15 minutes on foot. You can see seasonal events and taste the specialty "grilled corn". Feel free to enjoy yourself.
I ate grilled corn and potato butter at the famous "Tokibi Wagon". It's really delicious and you can feel the quality of the ingredients. I suddenly felt like Hokkaido.

After sightseeing, return to the hotel and check in in a relaxed atmosphere in the lobby. Odori Station on the Namboku Subway Line and Nishi 11-chome Station on the Tozai Line are within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to come back from various parts of the city.

To the relaxing room
There are three types of rooms: "North Resort", which was renewed in 2017, "Moderate" with a natural atmosphere, and "Excellency" on the upper floors. Some rooms have park views. Choose your favorite room.
Stayed in a twin room on the north resort floor. There is a comfortable sofa where you can relax and watch TV. The placement of the outlets was also exquisite and very convenient.

There is no restaurant that serves dinner in the hotel, but there are restaurants and downtown areas within walking distance, so there is no problem with meal. Ramen Shingen Minami 6-jo is a well-known store for Sapporo's famous miso ramen. Be sure to try the rich soup.

The rooms other than the single and economy twin rooms at "North Resort" are separate types with separate bath and toilet. There is a large bathtub and washing area, so you can relax and wash away the fatigue of the day. The washbasin is also an independent type, so you can take care of yourself after taking a bath.
The twin on the north resort floor where I stayed had a bath with a washing area. Both bathroom and washroom are stylish. The bathtub was large and I was able to relax.

The breakfast buffet offers about 40 Japanese and Western dishes! The buffet includes a variety of Hokkaido 's specialties, such as risotto chowder arranged with ikameshi (squid rice) from Morimachi. A plate of grilled dishes slow-cooked in a stone oven is also included.
I chose this hotel because I heard that the breakfast buffet had a lot of Hokkaido ingredients. Everything was delicious and the breakfast was as expected.

"Sapporo Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill" is a popular spot that overlooks the city of Sapporo. You can be soothed by the appearance of sheep and enjoy gourmet dishes such as lamb rice bowls. You can relax and enjoy yourself. Seasonal events such as lavender picking experience are also ◎.
Take a local bus to Sapporo Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill. Enjoy the free lavender picking experience. It became both a good memory and a good souvenir.
