"Ikaho onsen Kounkan" is located on a hill about 10 minutes up from the lively Ikaho stone steps. All of the 10 guest rooms are equipped with open-air baths. You can spend quality adult time in the large public bath filled with the famous "Kogane no Yu" hot spring and the courtyard with a Noh stage. Check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 11:00 for a long stay of up to 21 hours.

"Ikaho onsen Kounkan" stands on a hill a little away from the Ikaho onsen town, and has an impressive gate. First of all, drinks and tea orders welcome the two. If the plan includes a free drink, you can also have a cold beer♪
Since it was an all-you-can-drink plan from 14:00 to 20:00 when you checked in, we had draft beer first after arriving. It was so delicious!

There are a total of 10 guest rooms, each with a different flavor. All of them have an open-air bath and an indoor bath made of cypress. The interior is a delicate and stylish space decorated with traditional crafts and art by artists. You will be healed to your heart's content in a calm atmosphere.
As a treat, they served seasonal konjac daifuku and maitake mushrooms boiled down in soy, both of which were so delicious that I wondered if I should buy them as souvenirs!

To the stone steps of Ikaho
Ikaho onsen has long been loved as a hot spring resort. The stone steps leading up to Ikaho Shrine are lined with many souvenir shops, meal, and nostalgic shooting shops. Enjoy a stroll through the charming onsen town with him.
After taking a break, I was grateful to be picked up and dropped off at a nearby sightseeing spot.

Dinner will be served in a private meal room. The kaiseki cuisine, which makes use of seasonal ingredients from all over the country, is a taste that makes you feel the four seasons of Japan. There is also a plan where you can enjoy luxurious Gunma gourmet such as Joshu beef, Masuda beef, and premium shiitake Tomutomi.
Dinner is a course meal in a large private room. Especially the corn suri nagashi was sweet and delicious! The all-you-can-drink plan for dinner was the best for our couple who are drinkers!

The open-air baths in the guest rooms are characterized by the use of hot water containing bakuhanseki minerals. It seems that you can expect beautiful skin and hot bath effects. Be healed by bath time alone with him.
I was so full that I couldn't move, so I took a rest and soaked in the bath. The drinks in the refrigerator in the room were all-you-can-drink, so I drank everything ♡

At the public bath "Auru no Yu", you can enjoy the natural onsen flowing directly from the source. There are only 8 in Ikaho onsen that have "Kogane no Yu", which is said to be effective against all kinds of ailments. Immerse yourself in a precious hot spring and warm your body and soul♪
The large public bath was an interesting bath that was shaped like an owl when combined with men and women! Since the inn has few guest rooms, I was able to relax slowly without meeting other guests.

Healthy Japanese breakfast
Breakfast is a gentle Japanese set served at the meal of a private room. Around the main event, which changes with the seasons, colorful small bowls are lined up where other rice is served. You can also choose porridge in addition to white rice.
Breakfast was a Japanese set meal. The freshly cooked rice for each person was delicious, and even though I don't usually eat breakfast, it was so delicious that I couldn't help but ask for another second serving.

Enjoy an elegant morning
Check-out is a little late at 11:00, so you can spend your morning leisurely. Enjoy the open-air bath in your room, or relax in the courtyard with a Noh stage. It is also recommended to be healed at the spa, which is available from 9:00 in the morning.
After breakfast, relax in the open-air bath in your room. I bought some good-smelling incense that was burning in the lobby. I was able to relax because the check-out time was slow!

Powersports "Haruna Shrine"
Haruna Shrine is located halfway up Mt. Haruna in Takasaki City. It is also popular as a power spot for good luck, with a relaxing promenade full of highlights such as strange stones, large rocks, and Yatate cedar, a national natural monument.
We stopped by "Uenoyama Park" and "Haruna Shrine". It was quite a walk to the shrine, but the feeling of accomplishment was impressive.
