All the staff are smiling! That's my impression. Allergies regarding the restaurant were confirmed, and information about the facilities in the hotel was solid.

We enjoyed wine and meal at the wine bar in the hotel! It was a space where all the staff were smiling and easy to spend, not just during meal. It is also recommended for anniversaries.

I used a private spa, but the footbath, bath, and bedrock bath were all in one, and my boyfriend and I had a blast at the size.

I had meal at "Kawakami-an"! We went to "Shiraito Falls" and "Harunire Terrace" and enjoyed Karuizawa, which is also a resort area where you can enjoy the four seasons.
