Stayed in the "Deluxe Japanese-Western Room" on the sea side. The view was good, and I could see the sea from the room and the indoor bath.

If you want to enjoy a luxurious meal, we recommend making a reservation at the on-site restaurant, Teppanyaki Shokaan. They will cook luxurious ingredients, including seafood and mountain produce from Izu, right in front of you. They also have a wide selection of wines to go with the food.

At the inn, we had a Kyoto-style kaiseki meal with a wide variety of fresh seafood. Everything was delicious and we ate until we were full! The homemade plum wine served as an aperitif was also excellent.

If you stay on the day of the Atami Marine Fireworks Festival, which is held throughout the year, you can watch it from the viewing seats inside the hotel. The beauty of the large flowers blooming in the night sky and the fireworks reflected on the water's surface will make you forget time!

I took a picture of the sunrise from the balcony of my room. There were many clouds, so it was a very fantastic morning with the “Angel's Ladder” falling down.
