I left my luggage and immediately went shopping at "Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza". I had cake and coffee at the cafe♪

The main dining room, which was once used for banquets, is highly formal and full of atmosphere. The traditional French course that you can taste in such a way is exquisite. Alternatively, you can have dinner at Manzanro Chinese Restaurant.
This time, I meal at Suju Masayuki in Old Karuizawa Ginza. It is famous for its miso, and the dips made with vegetables from Nagano are exceptional. The meat dishes were also delicious.

After dinner, spend some time thinking about it. Have a drink at the bar or relax in your room. Choose a room with a clawfoot bathtub for a romantic bath time.
The room bath is clean ◎ Many of the amenities are disposable, so it was just right for the corona sickness.

For breakfast, you can have an American breakfast in the dining room or a Japanese breakfast in the Japanese restaurant. The popular American breakfast features a hot, freshly made menu that includes your choice of egg dish and three types of bread.
Western food and Japanese food are different restaurants, so I chose Western food. I could see a western style garden. The coffee was all-you-can-drink, and the bread was freshly made and delicious.

The cafe terrace of "Mampei Hotel" is a popular shop where lines are inevitable. If you are planning to stay overnight, we recommend visiting in the morning when it is not busy. Don't miss the Shinshu Kogyoku apple pie and the royal milk tea that John Lennon loved.

The hotel shop sells original jams and apple pies. The packaging is also stylish, making it a great souvenir. After shopping, enjoy the inside of the building until you check out.
At the time of check-out, make a reservation for lunch at the Japanese restaurant "Tankuma" in the hotel. After that, I went to Miffy Forest Kitchen, which I hadn't been able to visit the day before.

“Mampei Hotel”. For lunch, you can enjoy Kyoto kaiseki cuisine and teppanyaki. Savor the finest delicacies that combine Karuizawa ingredients and Kyoto cuisine techniques.
All the dishes were made with dashi soup and were very delicious. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it. The interior has an old-fashioned atmosphere, and the staff were nice in Japanese clothes.
