I put a drink in the snow that piled up and chilled it so that I could drink it in the bath. This is a unique way to enjoy Yukimi onsen. The cypress bath smelled nice and was a little tangy.

The staff was very nice and I enjoyed the delicious food. Even I, who likes to eat, was satisfied with the number of items, and I had the impression that each item was carefully prepared.

Breakfast at a Japanese restaurant at Hanakairo. There are many side dishes such as dashimaki tamago, grilled fish, and boiled tofu. It's gentle on your stomach after waking up, and you can enjoy freshly cooked rice.
The Japanese set meal that filled the table had everything I wanted to eat in the morning at a onsen ryokan, and it was fun to look at and of course delicious.

I went to the onsen town of Kusatsu. It was crowded with many people, and I ate freshly baked rice crackers at "Terakoya Honpo". The whole town was filled with the scent of onsen.

It was snowing on the way, and I was afraid to come here, but the staff at the inn said that the snowy road at night had plenty of time. The warmth of Tsutsuji-tei can be seen in the simple conversations.
