From the moment you arrive, the air is damp and makes you think you've come to a southern island. Because it is away from the center, the scenery of fields and mountains is peaceful and soothing. You can get to the city center by rental car, bus, or taxi.

Check-in in the smelling lobby. It is modern and stylish with a tropical resort feel. You will be healed by the welcome drink and the smiles of the staff. You can see the ocean from the large windows, which will make you feel like you are on an island trip.
I was happy with the welcome drink of shikuwasa juice in a cute Ryukyu glass! The lobby also smelled of shikuwasa and was healed.

If you want to see the sea view, choose "Ocean Wing", "Bay Wing" or "Club Intercontinental" which is one rank higher. Even the standard guest rooms are all over 40 square meters in size, so you can spend a relaxing time here.
Stayed in "Deluxe Bay Room". It has a spectacular view of the blue sea and a lovely hotel pool. We also got to see the beautiful sunrise over the ocean!

Guests have free access to the indoor and outdoor pools and gym. "Maesato Beach" next to the hotel has a lifeguard during the season, so you can rest assured. If you stay on the club floor, you can enjoy afternoon tea in the lounge.

There are six restaurants in the hotel, including sushi, Japanese cuisine, and Chinese cuisine, and you can choose from a variety of dinner options. At "Japanese Cuisine Yaeyama", where you can taste Okinawan cuisine, sip on awamori, have local cuisine, and relax and immerse yourself in Okinawa.
For dinner, I went to the izakaya "Ichibanzaa" in front of the hotel. It was fun to be able to enjoy a lot of Okinawan cuisine.

How to spend the night on the southern island
It is also recommended to be healed by the beauty treatment at "Spa Agarosa" or to enjoy a relaxing cocktail at "Tropics Lounge & Bar". At night, there are few people at the night pool, so you can spend a romantic time ◎
Stroll around the hotel. At night, the pool was lit up and I enjoyed a fantastic space! In the room, I took a glass-enclosed bath and felt open!

In the morning, the UV rays are gentle and it's not too hot, so it's a good idea to wake up a little early and take a walk on "Maesato Beach". The indoor pool is open from 7:00 in the morning, so you can swim a little and prepare for breakfast ◎

For breakfast, enjoy a buffet at Suncoast Cafe. There are about 30 items on the menu, including freshly baked bread, fresh juice, Yaeyama soba, chanpuru, and mozuku seaweed. Club floor guests can also choose from two other restaurants.
The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had. "Saltida" also provided omelets and eggs Benedict according to the order.

Swim in the sea, play in the pool, and relax until check-out at 11:00. It's also nice to plan your trip on the sofa in the spacious lobby.
We rented a car, but the staff asked us if we needed a taxi, and I was very pleased with their thoughtfulness.

"Banna Park" is also a playground for citizens to relax. If you go a little higher, you can see the whole island from the "Emerald Sea Observation Deck". The coral reef cave "Ishigakijima Limestone Cave" is also lit up and is worth seeing.
Sightseeing at "Ishigaki Island Limestone Cave", "Banna Park" and "Observatory to see the Emerald Sea". The sea of Ishigaki Island was a superb view. It was nice to finally be able to see the island!
