The entrance of the hotel where a nice doorman wearing a top hat welcomes you. It's like a movie-like scene. The interior is like that of an aristocratic mansion, and you will forget that you are in Japan. Check in at the front desk.
During the waiting time at check-in, the Ritz-Carlton character Rion-kun was given a hug and a photo was taken. I felt that it was the service of a first-class hotel man.

You can see the city area of Osaka and the view ◎ All rooms are equipped with Asprey amenities, so you can enjoy a high-quality stay. It is also attractive to be able to spend a quiet time in the center of Osaka.
Since I was traveling with a baby, I went to a room on a high floor with a king size bed. Equipped with a table set and couches, I was able to relax in a spacious and comfortable room.

There is also a pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna, and fitness center. The pool and gym are free for guests to use, which is a plus. Relax and unwind from your daily fatigue. There is also an esthetic salon using the high-end British spa brand "ESPA."
To the fitness center with pool and jacuzzi. Several families were able to play without hesitation. There were kickboards and floats, and the baby seemed to have fun.

Six diverse dining options are attractive, including French cuisine "La Baie" and "Tempura Hanagatami," which have been awarded one Michelin star. Not only the deliciousness, but also the high-quality hospitality and luxurious space are perfect for a special day.
Since I was traveling with a baby, I searched for a Japanese restaurant with a private room nearby. We had dinner at "Gin" in Hilton Plaza West.

Splendid
For breakfast, head to Splendido, which opens at 6:30. You can enjoy Western food such as salads, egg dishes, bakery items, and fresh juices. The tripe omelette is very popular. The elegant atmosphere will make you want to dress up a little before heading out.
We had a Japanese/Western buffet at "Splendido". Sparkling wine for adults, cereals for children, etc. were properly replenished.

Many paintings and works of art are displayed throughout the hotel. There are about 450 works in the public space, and it seems that the paintings are mainly works by European artists in the 18th and 19th centuries. Enjoy yourself like a British aristocrat.
I participated in the Wednesday guest-only tour. It was a wonderful tour where the Ritz-Carlton staff explained about 450 works of art.
