Enjoy the port town of Kobe with your family
Enjoy a beautiful night view for 2 days and 1 night
Yoko, who visited Kobe with her family, will introduce the course when she actually stayed at "Hotel Okura Kobe".
First day
Start13:00
About 5 minutes by car from Nankinmachi to the inn
Authentic Chinese for lunch
Nankinmachi, where shopping is also fun
One of Japan's three major Chinatowns, Kobe's "Nankinmachi" has more than 100 shops. Enjoy eating and shopping while strolling through the exotic shopping streets.
Check-in15:00
Arrive at the inn
Right in front of Kobe Port
Arrive at high-rise hotel
"Hotel Okura Kobe" stands in a perfect location with Kobe Port in front and Mt. Rokko in the background. Check-in in the spacious lobby with a harmony of Japanese and Western styles. You can spend a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle.
It was my first time at Okura, and I was excited to check in. They were induced to keep a distance between people, and proper measures against infectious diseases were taken.
Room15:15
simple and elegant
Rooms with a view
There are a total of 474 comfortable guest rooms with a natural atmosphere. There are mainly Western-style rooms, but eight types of Japanese-Western style rooms and suites are also available. Outside the window, different views spread out before you, such as Mt. Rokko, the city of Kobe, and Kobe Port, depending on the room.
I stayed in a twin type room on the main floor. It was a spacious space and the cleaning was perfect, and it was a satisfying room!
Sightseeing16:00
About 5 minutes by car from the inn
A new kind of aquarium!
Extraordinary experience with "atoa"
Once you've put your luggage down in your room, head to the theater-style aquarium, "atoa." Its highly entertaining exhibits include the largest spherical aquarium in Japan and digital art. It's perfect for posting on social media.
I went to the pre-opening of the "atoa" aquarium. It was good that it was close to the hotel ♪
Dinner19:00
dinner is
at your favorite restaurant
The hotel has eight restaurants, including Japanese, Western, and Chinese cafes, so you can enjoy your favorite meal. You can also enjoy Kobe beef at the teppanyaki “Sazanka” on the top floor. Restaurants with private rooms and room service are also available!
On this day, I meal at a steak house in "umie MOSAIC". Satisfied and satisfied ♪
Night21:00
with the night view
relaxing time
After dinner, it is recommended to spend a relaxing time in the spacious guest room while gazing at the night view. The giant Ferris wheel of "Kobe Harborland" against the sparkling seascape. North, south, east, and west, you can enjoy different Kobe-like scenery depending on the room.
We had a few drinks in our hotel room. The night view of the mountain side was also beautiful ♪
the 2nd day
Breakfast08:00
I feel better♪
Hotel's proud buffet
For family trips, we recommend a fun buffet for breakfast. Omelets made by the chef in front of you and homemade freshly baked bread. Enjoy the hotel's proud taste from the morning and feel happy ♡ You can also choose from Japanese set meals and room service.
Check-out12:00
leave the inn
Check out time is 12:00
Prepare to depart slowly
If you have time to spare before check-out time, why not take a walk around Meriken Park or Kobe Harborland near the hotel? You can enjoy the refreshing scenery that can only be seen in the morning of a port town.
The bed was comfortable, so I slept well and stayed in the room until the last minute before checkout. I was happy to check out at 12:00!
Sightseeing13:00
About 15 minutes by car from the inn
full of exoticism
Stroll through the "Ijinkan-gai"
After the port opened in 1868, the Kitano area prospered as a residential area for foreigners and is popular for its exotic townscape. Why don't you think about history by visiting more than 20 Ijinkan such as "Kazamidori no Yakata" and "British House"?
Return trip16:00
Plenty of sightseeing and hotel time
Two days of great satisfaction
After enjoying sightseeing in Kobe, relax at the hotel. Enjoy a quiet moment while gazing at the night view. For those who want to enjoy Kobe day and night, we recommend staying at "Hotel Kobe Okura"♪
I could not hear people's voices even when I was in the room, so I was able to spend my time calmly. The family was delighted that it was spacious, beautiful and relaxing.
