Meet at JR Asahikawa Station and enjoy the drive to the hotel. If you have a car, you can move freely while chatting. You can also stop by scenic spots and cafes along the way and enjoy sightseeing at your leisure.

I met at Asahikawa station and from there my friend drove me. It was a meeting after work, so I went straight to the hotel.

Large fireplace welcomes you

The hotel lobby features a large fireplace to warmly welcome guests. Lamps made from Furano milk bottles are also wonderful. Beyond the large windows, you can see a magnificent view of the flower fields and the Tokachidake mountain range, and the beautiful scenery that changes with the seasons will soothe your soul.

When I stayed, there were handmade sweets and coffee, and I received them. There are many kinds, all of them are delicious, and I saved them for dinner. smile

The guest rooms are simple and spacious so that you can enjoy the seasonal scenery of the Tokachidake mountain range and Furano. There is also a balcony, functional and relaxing. Special rooms with onsen baths and dormitories perfect for workcations are also available.

It actually felt wider than the HP photo. The view from the big windows was also nice.

Dinner is served at an open restaurant with a grill kitchen. Enjoy creative, locally produced cuisine made with ingredients from Furano, Hokkaido. You can also enjoy alcoholic beverages made with herbs from their own garden, such as lavender.

I chose the hotel for the meal, but it far exceeded my expectations and I was deeply moved. Before I knew it, I was enjoying it in silence, and my friend and I met each other's eyes and laughed.

Heal Your Fatigue in onsen

onsen has an abundance of hot springs thanks to the active volcano Tokachidake. In the hotel's large communal bath, you can enjoy onsen slowly in the cypress bath and granite open-air bath. It is a sodium-calcium-chloride spring with a high heat-retaining effect and no turbidity, so you can expect moist skin.

In the lounge on the 1st floor, there is a nice self-service where you can have a free drink. You can enjoy a walk in the forest or garden with a drink in hand as well as indoors. How about having a toast while looking at the starry sky at night?

We had alcohol in the lounge. Good variety and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Chimaki for dinner was also delicious.

Before breakfast, take a short stroll through the hotel's gardens, where you will be enveloped in tranquility. In the spring and summer, the private garden is filled with seasonal flowers, and in the winter, you can enjoy the scenery of the mountains like an ink painting. It would be nice to head to breakfast after warming up in onsen.

When I woke up in the morning, it was foggy outside. As the sun rose, the sky cleared and we could see the mountains in the distance. I was able to enjoy nature by looking at the snow-covered mountains.

Breakfast was bread and western food. Both breakfast and dinner were really delicious.

If you're looking for dairy products such as cheese and butter, we recommend Furano Cheese Factory, and if you're looking for Hokkaido products, we recommend Furano Marche. You can also have lunch and go shopping. Biei's bakery "Bibre" is also popular.

Purchase cheese and milk jam at Furano Cheese Factory. At Furano Marche, I bought local vegetables and had Sri Lankan curry for lunch. "Vivre" also stopped by!
